Reserving a Goldendoodle Barn Puppy

Step 1: Submitting an Application

To begin the process of reserving a puppy from The Doodle Barn, prospective buyers are required to complete an application form. This application serves as the initial point of contact and provides essential information about your preferences and suitability as a puppy owner. It helps us understand your needs and preferences, allowing us to make the best match between our puppies and potential families.

Step 2: Placement on the Waitlist

Once you've submitted the application, you will be automatically placed on our waitlist. This waitlist is a dynamic roster of potential puppy parents who are eagerly anticipating the arrival of our new litters. Rest assured, no deposits are accepted at this stage. We believe in responsible breeding practices, and we want to ensure the health and well-being of our puppies before any financial commitments are made.

Step 3: Notification of Puppy Availability

We understand that waiting for a new addition to your family can be an exciting yet anxious time. Typically, our puppies are evaluated and observed 1 -7 days after birth. During this crucial period, we closely monitor their health and development to ensure they are thriving and ready for their new homes. 

Once our puppies have been born, evaluated, and are thriving, we will personally reach out to you via the contact information provided in your application. This notification will inform you that puppies are available to be reserved, and it will mark the beginning of your journey to bring home your new furry family member.

Step 4: Reserving Your Puppy

Upon receiving the notification that puppies are available, you will have the opportunity to choose a puppy to reserve. To secure your chosen puppy, we require a $500 deposit fee. This deposit serves as your commitment to welcome this puppy into your home and reserves them exclusively for you. Importantly, this deposit is deducted from the final cost of the puppy.

Step 5: Finalizing the Reservation

After submitting your deposit, we will provide you with a contract outlining the terms and conditions of the puppy's purchase. It is essential to review this contract carefully, as it includes details about the purchase price, spay/neuter agreements, health guarantees, and other important aspects of the puppy adoption process. 

**Please note that the $500 deposit is non-refundable upon signing the contract, as it demonstrates your commitment to bringing home the puppy. Our goal is to be transparent throughout this process, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of our policies and expectations.**
